• Range of Services

Our services include in-depth research, planning, design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance. Once confirmed, the details will be documented in a written agreement with signatures from both parties. If the project does not match our skills or values can be refused by us.

• User Responsibilities

We expect our users to provide accurate information when signing up for the contract. We do not allow the usage of our services for any illegal or inappropriate purposes. Copying, sharing, or changing anything on this website without permission can lead us to take strict and legal action.

• Pricing & Payment

The prices of the project will be decided before we start working on the construction. Our clients are required to pay 98% of the payment before the start of the project. Any additional changes requested after the project has started will require extra payment. Sudden issues, such as bad weather, can cause delays or postpone the project. 

• Proprietary rights
  

All the content, branding, and materials on this website will belong to Rubiq International means it can’t be copied, reproduced, or used without our consent. If they do so, we will be able to take legal action against them. 

• Limitation of Liability

Rubiq International, as well as its team, will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur while using our website or the given information, even when we said it could happen. 

• Site Updates

We have the right to change, update, or remove the content, or stop the services on the website whenever we want to, without any notice.

• Governing Law

The above terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. If any issue occurs between a client and Rubiq International will be solved through the settlement process; if it worsens, it can be taken to the courts of that jurisdiction.
